TB3 Users: Toolbag 4 features a new license and account management system, and your Toolbag 3 account is not compatible with Toolbag 4. Users who have registered for a 30-day trial can log in with their existing Toolbag 4 account, but Toolbag 3 users should purchase their upgrade without attempting to log in - a new account will be created for you upon purchase.
