I have watched a couple of introductory videos for Toolbag 4, and unfortunately the texturing video is missing some vital information. Is the texturing non-destructive?

Meaning, it has smart materials ect obviously, but does this also work with manual painting? Are paint strokes recorded in world space? Can I re-import the same model with different UVs, and Marmoset will re-project manual paint strokes onto the new UV layout like in Substance Painter?

Certain layer types are non-destructive. Fill layers, input processors, and procedurals are all fully non-destructive. Paint layers create pixel data (similar to typical 2D image editors) and we do not have systems for reprojecting this data if the mesh or UVs are changed at this time.
