My hair "dither" doesn't look as good as others especially near hairline!

The image below is my problem, I have seen other works looking much better on dither than mine. (btw cutout doesn't look very good either)
Especially near the hairline mine looks way worse.
I use 2k textures 8bit .tif for the hair.

Double resolution is just for the viewport, it doesn't affect final renders. Up the samples in capture settings (ctrl+P) to get better dither/less noise.
