I was recently dealing with rendering anisotropic reflection with EEVEE in Blender by using textures exported from substance Painter, but I couldnt make it work. Only without the textures, but the whole model was like that and also in Cycles.
But I noticed that in the Marvels Avengers Thor's armor is working just fine. I guess then that it's just me being incompetent at dealing with this stuff and not that it's hard to achieve it in real-time.
If someone would like to give me tips, that would be nice.
