Hello,
is it ok if characters are presented on portfolio using zbrush , photoshop (or keyshot) without using vray, UE, corona, arnold and similar rendering engines?
This question is for those with low pc config. waiting realistic renderings in vray to be done for ages.

Of course, by all that i mean if those characters contain nice and clean topology, understanding of anatomy, nice modeling/sculpting,painting in zbrush.
I Mean, is that ok for a company to see or it needs to be rendered in industry standard engines mentioned above.

And one thing.... i know realistic human skin can't be rendered using zbrush,Ps.
It can be rendered but it's not realistic as vray for example would do it.

Your portfolio should be full of work of a similar kind to the job you want to do.

If you want to work in film, Zbrush/keyshot/vray is probably fine.
If you want to work in games, Toolbag or a game engine is the way to go.
