The last farewell - Real time

This is a piece I have been working on for some time now. The plan for the character was to portray him as an elderly knight that has recently lost a loved one and is going into his last battle.
There are lots of things I would wish to fix now looking back but hindsight is 20/20 and I'm happy with the end product. I've learned insanely much throughout the process of creating this character and hope I'll continue to improve on future projects.

Almost there, but your materials need more work. They lack any sense of real use, and have a material paint by numbers feel. Sorry not meaning to be harsh, but calling it as I see it. You got strong fundamentals, but I'm a bit confused as to why the facets are all so visible, and the modeling didn't take into account practical use and hiding of edges/seams. 

This is where the industry standards are currently. You'll need to level up if you want to be considered for a spot at the table.

Thank you for the feedback! All duly noted I totally agree with the faceting. I went way too low in polycount in the wrong places which is a mistake I will certainly not make again.
Hopefully one day I'll be able to reach this level!
