Dudes and dudettes lately I've been working on pushing further my anatomy sculpting skills so as an exercise I decided to make Robert Downey Jr.'s face It's going to be a part of a bigger project but for the moment - the head is ready
i got a question, after you made the base mesh, do you use really fine scalpel like sculpting tools to make those skin details or do you use some sort of normal or bump map texture too? its so so details.
@oraeles77 the 'basic' skin details are from texturing xyz multi channel maps projected on the sculpt and then - from the lots and lots of manual sculpting. And yes - I also used some alphas but if you try to make a likeness you need to spend a lot of your time with a good old damStandard anyway
