You don't have enough joints and the joints are in the wrong positions. It also looks like you dont have enough resolution in the model and the proportions shapes are inaccurate. The knuckles should be relatively lined up and higher on the hand. You then need 3 joints after the knuckles (2 for thumb). The last joint in chain does not influence anything. You will need at least 3 edge loops at each joint position. You thumb position is too low and the fingers should be model in a straighter line.
which is it? just need to pose it with transpose in ZB or do you need to bone rig and skin it for anything other than just posing? Maybe this helps to get better deformation with transpose.
Thank you for your advice!
I modified the bones and topology with the advice. The fist is more beautiful than last time.
However, it is still a distorted fist. Is it possible to cure further?

I couldn't understand this meaning. Excuse me.
Is it possible to move multiple objects with transpose?
Afiak, no. You could merge the subtools, do the pose, then if you needed the nails separate, groups split them back to their own subtool.
Another way to pose in ZB, that will include all subtools, but it might not ideal in this instance, but it doesn't hurt to know it exists while you are on the topic learning about posing things in ZB is doing with a zsphere rig. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJKIOWMjB20
