Dev only? Or releases too?

Should this forum section be only about development, works in progress, feedback? 

We currently ask for tool releases to be advertised in Technical Talk. But that's starting to creep in here.

Are you ok with the increase in "ads" for new tools? It does help with awareness of what's out there; tools might get lost in the TT mass. But then Q&A could also suffer here.

Also interested to hear if there are resources we should sticky, and generally how this section is working out.

This area isn't very active, so anything that can be done to get more devs to show their work here is a good thing I'd say. Developers showing off their own Scripts/Tools/Programs that're made to help in creating art is what this section should be all about, no matter what state of completion they're in.

Side note about this this areas sister-section, Tech Talk; It might be time to move most of the stickies there to "Long-Running Technical Talk Threads". Only like 3-4 of them are active anymore.
