HI Guys,
I created this obelisk in my free time.
Based on concept done by KKS~
(https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Ql4x)
I have used Maya for low-res and UV,
Texturing is done in Substance Painter and
finally Captured the screenshot in
Marmoset.
C&C are most welcome
Thanks

sculpt is nice, but The texturing is noisy and very generic all over, as if you just threw masks/color on to everything to act the same. I would make the edges lighter then the planar faces. Add a small gradient from bottom to top and also make sure that the faces that are faced more toward the sun, is more bleached.

    So step 1.
for me would be. base color, color variation, 2-3 ones, then maybe 2 smaller color variation but very subtle on overlay or normal and between 20-40 % of it's value.
Step 2. Then i would add a mask generator and play with the mask so it only acts on the faces that are directed toward the sun, that layer could be on soft light or screen and its opacity turned down.
Step 3. And lastly an edge mask layer and a paint layer on top of it to vary the edge highlights.
