Maya - Popup Tool Options Reset?

Does anyone have any Idea how to reset the Tool options for the popup windows in Maya. 

Some how Extrude + Duplicate have switched "Keep Faces Together" to "Off" Each time I turn the Tool on. It is ripping my models / UV's to shreds and adding a crap load of time to my work flow. 

I've had a good look in the tool options but cannot see anything.

    Ehg after hours of searching I found the issue. 

    Turns out Maya switched the setting off in Preferences. I will leave this here in case anyone else has this issue in the future and is looking for a fix.

    In the little popup menu you just click the Keep Faces Together then mmb drag to cycle through options. It will remember your last choice. It you closed the popup hit T to bring it back. You can also click the extrude node in channel box to go back and change that.
