Hi everyone I've been working hard on my portfolio for the past 2 years, doing iterations deleting ugly artwork and creating new projects that I like to create. just to get in as a Junior 3D Artist, but I'm not sure what employers want to see, and what considers a good portfolio. I also want to know what artwork should I remove that is not solid enough to be a good artwork. I want to showcase them as easy and as neat. What can I do to improve my portfolio?

Here's my portfolio:

I would say No Man's Town, Shinto, and Freezing Cold are your best pieces. If you provided a breakdown of each map, you'd be good to go. The rest of your works are solid, but they feel like filler.

Some good stuff in there, makes me feel very uneasy about mine ;) the only thing I'd say (which was advice given to me) is to show which models/props you've made, and how the mesh and UV's are looking, if you're using trims etc.
