This will be a thread for the doggo sculpts I plan on doing over the next few months and beyond.
To start, i'm making a present for someone, but it's a secret! I hope to have it 3D printed too.
This is the first hour and so far, it's a total mess, but I like this stage as it all starts to come together after this. This little dude was rescued by my friend recently and he got really, really ill soon after his adoption - turns out he has no diaphragm and all his organs were pushing on his lungs. It was a pretty close call, but he had a lot of surgery and is now an Awesome Healthy Puppeh
A little bit more work on my friend's doggo. It's hard to capture personality, especially as this little dude is actually very scruffy/fluffy - still deciding the best way to sculpt his fabulous mane!
Refining further, trying to capture personality. Still working out what to do with his mane, this dude has the best fluff around his neck ( like the original Rum Tum Tugger!) however, I hope to 3d print this, so it needs to be a lot more constrained overall.
Feeling under the weather again from all the crazy that's happening in the world. Good reason to bury oneself in art!
Couple more hours work on this dude - it's really starting to look like him! Still working out how I want to do the fur, it is coming out a little stylized, but that's very much my style so I will probably just roll with it.
