I had a ton of fun approaching this. It was a real challenge for me to let go of certain workflows I always used, but I had to do some things different to get the look I felt I wanted. I'm happy with how it turned out!
Besides that, it was also a big oppurtunity to practice a TON of vertex shader stuff: All of the animation is done this way, no bones or messing around with alembic caches, as a side effect it's all running real cheaply
