Nice job! Two critiques: The tentacles blend too much with the cloth colorwise. If you look closely at the concept, you'll see that the cloth is slightly lighter in tone around the bottom edge. This helps to visually differentiate the two from each other. The cloth is also a bit too fuzzy along the bottom edge. I feel like there should be some clean tears or hard edges here and there to break up the silhouette.
