Hi this is a work in progress of an Oni character. Any advice or criticism would be welcome.

you got a conept for this? also is some of this a paintover or is it all 3d? because some parts look really painted (like the hair and face) and some do not

Yes the hair was a paintover just to see what it would look like with hair. I've never done hair before so I was still figuring out how to do it with cards.
