@X-One Yeah that was not looking good so I removed it. At this stage I want to do my own thing. I am not going 100% with the refs. I used it as an idea. @snake85027 Its pretty much lots of lights and some GI in UE4 which I still don't understand completely. here are the screenshots and gif
Some of lights are affecting the world. I just didn't deleted all.
@OlingovaThose I added in very early lighting just to fill the black spaces. Skylight was not working for some reason. So I deleted the skylight and added additional two directional light. Main light is already gone. Other two are still there. If you see first image in the Gif, that is lit by these lights. Not needed these much, just used it to fill the dark places. Quickly posted the screenshot for the lights in the scene so people know. I will clean up the scene a bit over the weekend.
I see!! Of course in the end how you reached your goal isn't important and your scene is looking great; just thought that it might be the sign that there's an easier way to achieve what you want then playing with different directional but it's true that sky light can be a bit tricky for indoor scenes.. Good job anyway!
Hey @Pixelz , Yes it is inspired from Big bang theory. Can you plese edit the your message and remove the "Quoted thumbnail"? It break the flow of the thread and I won't feel comfortable with the thread disturbed. Thanks

It feels like the light isn't bouncing enough in your scene. You might need to really up the power of the lights, let them bounce off everything to soften the scene, then use tonemapping to balance the image back down. I have no real experience in Unreal so I can't really elaborate on the exact method.
