Yuan Xin concept Cloth simulated in UE4 cloth system.
I rigged this but not make animation. Just retarged from "Close Combat: Swordsman"(ue4marketplace)

The model is cool tho so personally i would revisit the head sculpt and work more on the textures if I were you to do it justice.
The knees are too low, right?
