Feedback needed/welcomed on Walk cycle

Hello everyone,

I would love feedback for this game animation. This is similar to the post I have posted in the 3D animation showcase & critiques. Someone there suggested that I post here for more comments.

Depending on your expectation, the walk cycles look fine, but there are a little error in the timing that make the impression of the guy hobble along the walk. In addition you could animate a little more the top of character.
