if im correct, you've done the face only? IMO, I would take a step back and model the entire body, and keep your model at the same level of detail as you go. Also, in the future perhaps post some more images other than just the one, and perhaps not so close up. Try to remember that your first read is the silhouette, and then after that is the secondary and tertiary details
can you post a full pic of her current head? also are you trying to make a realistic version of the character? she may need to look a bit younger I think, you've got some kind of weird darkness mark under her right nostril but that could be a lighting issue, the eye colours needs flipped, you need to reduce the glossiness of the character, she looks kinda wet around the ears and in the shine on her head. careful with the reds in her skin it makes her look kinda bruised, the design shows 2 dots under each eye that you need to add as well. personally I'd say the ears could be a little pointier and thinner to add more personality
if you are going for the more realistic route look at the skin from the andorians on star trek or some of the species in mass effect.
no not bad, the sculpt is good and I can tell you know how to texture a regular human character really well, there's just some areas that could be improved on to capture the look of this stylized design, at the moment the face just needs adjusting in some areas, at the moment the blue comes across as face paint but if you change the red tones in the skin it'll look a lot more natural. also how do you plan on doing the horns? as separate models or part of the head, also smooth or bonelike?
it's a solid base so far, but that doesn't mean you can't find areas to improve upon.
