1) Check your brow ridge, forehead and hair line area, on your model they seem a bit squished/flat. check out the ref image below. I just found some random face online to illustrate the concept
2) your skin shader can use a bit more specular break up, and SSS even if you fake it and bake it into the diffuse
3) your eyes seem real doll like, they can use a lot more time
4) Check color zones of the face, and incorporate that into your albedo map
