Don't know what i did but it just don't open on my primary screen, i tried closing on it, minimizing first then closing, also tried changing it using windows+shift and then closing. Any other tips?
You can start by trying a variation of "Have you tried to turn it off and on again?": Set the secondary display as main then switch back to secondary to force a full "flush" of the display order on the OS.
A few days ago I experienced a similar issue after a GPU crash where my primary display started to act like secondary and only doing this fixed the issue.
@birb Looked arround a bit more but couldn't find a solution, so i deleted all the blender stuff from the Blender Foundation folder and its opening on my primary screen again. Thanks for the suggestions!
Update just in case this happens with someone else, For me it happened because i saved the startup file while blender was open in the secondary display.

I looked it up and found a number of tickets at the Blender dev tracker describing issues similar to yours. They're fairly long and have enough strategies to try and fix this it's easier to just link them:
Problem make Blender open in the wanted monitor
Blender 2.80 always launches on the secondary monitor
