his face seems a little squished IMO, perhaps add the Zbrush skull underneath the head so you can reference the planes and bony landmarks

Do you have higher resolution photosthat you can grab?  You can change your Zbrush document size to get a higher resolution photo.

It's hard to figure out what you want to change with the face without a higher resolution photo of the face for us to see.  You keep posting low resolution images.
