New Character. I'M PUMPED.
This time I'm taking a crack at one of the concept from metro exodus game. I'm really trying to improve my art so here we go. Clothes always been challenging to me so I'm going to spending lot of time in marvelous with this character.

Starting right away with the head. I would love to have critiques on this. (I'll collect reference after I nail the anatomy and proportions of the head)
I tried to sculpt the head in neutral pose since he got smirk and slight eyebrow raise. Focal length is set to 35 in Zbrush.

And you were right the eyes seemed too small for his face, made more saggy secondary forms to make him to seem more older.
Also as @tysiu pointed out , made his upper eyelid a bit thicker.
I really love all the different layers on this character and it looks like you nailed that
