I have design 3d model of the famous Mons Meg cannon from Scotland in 3ds max and textured in Substance Painter. I was hoping to get some feedback as to how the renders look. Any help would be much appreciated.
The renderings are way to bright to clearly see the material definitions. Also Skipp this reflective ground plane because it shifts the focus away from your model.
I suggest use softer hdri lights and a neutral grey and non reflective environment. Or try o match your model with a photo of the reference to create a realistic render.
