Hi all!

I hope everyone is staying safe during this difficult time!

I'm trying to render out a textured model in Iray, but whenever I hit F10 (shortcut for Iray) Painter freezes for a while and crashes. I have not been able to access I ray. I did adjust my Tdr Delay and TdrDdiDelay values, uncheck CPU under settings and updated all my drivers but not sure what the issue could be. The model I'm working with is a tad bit over 40K tris.

I'm using the most recent version of Painter as of typing this post. Painter doesn't seem to shows me the version number in the software window.

Please let me know your thoughts!

Thanks in advance!

The log doesn't seem to give me any sort of error. However, I do see this black screen. I'm assuming "Iray warm up..." means Iray is running, but I don't see anything. I haven't adjusted any other settings, apart from what I mentioned earlier, everything is the default.

    Here's the screen I get:

Could you try that with a simple scene. Just one cube and a basic material.
Which graphics card are you using?

Thanks for the reply! I tried it with a simple cube model and it worked fine. I think I need to adjust Painter's crash threshold, so it doesn't crash during rendering. Other than that I think it really comes down to my polycount on the low poly and my texture resolution.

I'm using an Nvidia GTX 1060 MaxQ
