Foliage Shader Animation

Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone has got the foliage shader linked from Marmoset here to work when you capture a video. I've tried both the .frag and .dom options, and they both work in the viewport, but when you capture the video the vertex animation doesn't do anything.
I didn't see anything about this in the documentation either. Any help would be great!
