I would thicken up the white boarders and lettering on the stop sign.

green paint with a green back ground makes it bit hard to look at/tell whats going on, maybe change the background colour?

I'd make your background as neutral as possible...you want your viewer to look at your asset, not a gradient/bg....less is more.

Yes, of course. I thought this color would brighten the image and render as a whole, but apparently it doesn't work that way)
