Looks dope, I really dig the lighting....just needs garbage piles in the corners and some graffiti to make it more believable.

I used Substance painter, 3ds max, z-brush, QuixelMegascan  - for decals of dirt

Very nice atmosphere! One thing that looks a bit off for me are the "STOP" marks on the street. AFAIK they're written in Kanji / Hiragana in Japan, so I'd recommend to change these to the correct ones. Then again I guess this is done with stencils and these might not be available in Japanese?
