Do i need to bake my normal map again if i change my model details?

I'm rendering a face in Marmoset, she is already textured and i wanted to change some wrinkles in her face in zbrush, do i need to bake my normal map again after i do the changes?

If you change the normals you probably want to update the normals map.
Or how do you expect this to work otherwise?

Wrinkles are in the normal map.... if you change them, of course you need to rebake.
