Senior Character Artist for UE4 game project needed

Looking for a skilled 3D character artist to create a realistic character for game project. I'd like to find an artist who is consistently available for freelance. Cartoon style work is not suitable.
Requirements:
- Experience taking concept art and developing high quality and useful game-ready assets with little direction
- Understands the requirements and technical considerations designing, modeling, and animating game-ready assets
- Can provide assets on time
- Can create high-quality textures, high quality/poly meshes without wasting polygon budgets
- Very good at creating UV maps for animated characters
