I usually don't rig or animate but wanted the challenge. I rigged a character with a Quick Rig and scaled him to fit on a bicycle. I animated him riding the bicycle. Once completed, I exported him to Unity but once he is in Unity his scale is not correct and he is much larger than the bicycle. Where I think I went wrong was I did not scale the character correctly. I scaled him while he was rigged already and scaled him using the rig... which is where I believe I went wrong. I have looked everywhere to fix my mistake but it is sounding like I will have to redo the work. Question is, is there a way to freeze the transforms without having to redo everything (rig and animation)? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

If not, you could try to save the skin weights with export/import weights. That option is usually jaggedy, but it exists.
