Hello everyone!
I'm about to finish my Bachelors studies in game design, and for my final project I created a game-ready environment. I set out to create different models and textures to create an asset set which could be used for building the whole environment in Unreal Engine. My idea for the environment was to build a small town on top of a lake, that would be surrounded by a swampy environment, with forest further away from the shore. My intent was to have a late evening atmosphere with a thick fog to add depth and some mystery to my scene.
Here's what I ended up with in the end:

Most points you brought up I already had thought about, but I just ran out of time in the end. Original intention was to create 3-4 different plants and a couple more grass variations. I also had planned to go over the textures of houses and planks as the last thing, especially the moss and rooftop metal part, but as these things usually go my 2nd hard drive died with all my Painter files.
