Normal map distortion from substance

Hello! Recently i got wierd issue and i realy dont understand what is going on here. This part of my model in subs look pretty solid, nothing about artefacts, but UE4 for some reason put some artefacts and distortion into texture display. So any advice here to fix this issue! Thank you!

    Not sure what's going on but from what I see UE4 is right as this is part of the exported normalmap.
    Are these UVs shared on more then one location?

    Open up the mesh in the static mesh (or skeletal mesh) editor, and enable "use full precision uvs". This is needed on large meshes with high density relative to its volume.

    Yes. I used UDIM tecnic for substance and this model has 4 texture. 0 +1 +2 +3
