Muscles and bones are there, but they don't relate to each other proportionally or are missing in some cases. if you share some references, it will be easier to help you but I believe it's a good start because at least, you have the muscle groups more or less in place, specially on the guy. Though, arms and legs need further definition.

The proportions are off, that is the biggest issue right now. The heads are to small, Torsos to tall, Arms to long Arms are very thin and look more like sticks than arms. The feet are way to small. The male head in profile view is way to long. The Pelvis is undefined on both of the models. The shoulders are very far out. The knees are to far down. Etc etc..
What I would recommend is to go down in detail level to the lowest subdivison and nail the proportions, no amount of details can make it look right as is it looks now.
