Hi, I ran on to the same problem ;p I see that you were studying Hardy Fowlers tutorials?
I am not an expert as I didn't land a dream job yet, but I would recommend some Feng Zhu tutorials on portfolio building & job searching:

In my opinion, you have an industry level quality but I heard a lot that on a beginner level you need to show more your thinking process.
But as I mentioned above I haven't made It yet too 

Are you aiming for a concept art or illustrator position?
