[3DS MAX] How to copy/paste opposite pose with a rig?

Is there a way to do this with a full rig? I only know how to do it with a biped but as you can see I do not have that option where it normally would be.

I used for this a script which would allows to mirror-copy transforms. This was max 2010 though.. not sure if there is an integrated tool with modern versions
