Rebaking from one uv pack/channel to another ?

I wonder if Substance Painter or Desiner  bakers could do it?
It's sometimes necessary to re-pack  already existing textures , combine things into single texture, make  instanced geometry unique with already  existing good normal map.    I am tired to do so in regular DCS  like Blender or MAx  and wonder if Substances have something for that?

Thanks poopipe,  it technically can but only as a transfer from same positioned geometry.  I hoped for a solution to make unique texture for a number  of selected  instanced objects already having  perfect shared  bake  and repack them on second /another UV channel for unique UV space for some of them .       All normal/position/curvature/ textures necessary for Substance Painter   without hI res geo  for each of those instances.

SD  looks like aware of different UV channels but I couldn't get anything from that.
