Hey,
I would like to ask you for feedback to my portfolio. I mainly aim at prop art. I will gladly hear your comments  =)

Most of you assets have very simple geometry, you should challenge yourself more and create a prop that is more complex.

    That bow is sick!
I'd take out the dwarf rifle, orc blade, Alchemy, long sword, all 2D drawings, wizard staff (texturing not up to par, form is a little blobby), shield. A lot of these, the painterly texturing isn't selling it, and as Zi0 said, they're extremely simple. I'd start showing your wireframes as quads, not triangles. Most employers are going to want to know that you know how to make sub-d models, so make some hard surface pieces. You should also be looking to create full environments, as that's more impressive to employers if you're making props.
