Hello
So, I've trying to bake this piece but I keep getting jagged lines, instead of straight lines and I can't figure out the reason.
I've seen people adding support loops to the mesh and that worked for me in other regions where this problem was also happening, but not on this part of the model.
I'm attaching 3 images to this post, the scene, UVs and the bake with only the normal map baked.
Pay no mind to the unused space in the UVs, I'm just testing for now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's a joke directly related to what Obscura posted.
Even after adjusting my topology to have more geo thus more supporting edges than what I would like my lowpoly to have, these lines are still wavy.
What I don't understand is that I fixed all the other spots where this was happening with this technic, but I can't fix the wavy lines on this specific area.
Please let me know if you have any other idea why this is happening
Thank you
So, I added loops, fixed some of the topo and mapped everything again. The result is still the same. I even added way more geo than what I would like my lowpoly to have. Do you have any idea what else may be causing this? I don't have 90º edges or long sections without support loops, so I don't know why this is happening.

You try to bake a curved surface (highpoly segment) onto a flat one (one of the lowpoly-polygones). From the direction you baked (the lowpoly's surface normal direction) these waves are not visible. But when you rotate the camera to look from a different angle you see them.
Why?
If you answer this I tell you how to fix your issue (if you still need help then)
Sorry for the late response, I managed to solve the problem by adding more vertical support loops (more curvature) which is pretty much what you said the problem was Thank you
