Substance painter textures are rendering out wrong in maya? Also strange artifacting?

Hi ! 
I've already tried trying to find the answer to this, so i'm sorry if i missed another thread answering this question. 
I'm still very new with substance painter, but I've used it for a few models and haven't had this issue before. 

I made my model, put it into substance painter, and then painted on it, and everything looks fine:

I transferred it back into maya, and in the viewport, the textures still look fine:

But then i go to the Arnold renderer and it renders out wrong?

The UV's are the same in both programs.

**Edit: SORRY I think it's just my UV'S! I'm going to try again.
