So I made a test, after someone suggested to export maps at higher resolution and then scale them down to keep the details that are not visible when working on lower resolution. So, in Substance Painter there is visible difference when you work on 2K or 4K. So once texturing was done, I experimented with exporting them at highest resolution = 8K. And also exported as 4K to compare. Then downsized the 8K to 4K and duplicated all materials in Marmoset with exact same lighting and settings, and just swaped textures. The one on the left is substace original cage, then 8K texture in Toolbag, then 4K exported original, and 4K downsized in photohop from 8K hoping to see the result or not, and this happened. Albedo maps all look the same without any changes in brighntess or color, and all maps are 8 bit. But the cage appears like washed out..
Anyone experienced or know why is that?

I'm quite sure the downsizing is not the source of the issue. Maybe the re-saving.
But this is some of these issues you have to solve yourself as no one knows what you did.
From a technical point of view, downsizing does not result in this.
