How could I get this result ? Which software would be appropriate to use?

I really want to recreate this intro by myself. I can see that 3D is used (I guess) and maybe After effects?
How can I recreate all of that beginning by the logo (that I have in Vector) to the animation.

Which software should I use? Blender? C4D? 3DS Max?

Do you have any tips about the font effect and also the water? How can I get that done? with fluid things?
