Hello everyone again, recently I shared a post on how I created a sci-fi environment for a project for my school, along with that environment I created too a character me who I am going to break down in this new post, in which I will only talk about character in question.

I started in ZBrush and generated the base of the raptor with ZSpheres, after having the base of both the body and its limbs I merged them with Dynamesh and started giving detail.

After having a good base of High Poly, I created the raptor retopology in Topogun.

Around of 10.200 Tris for the dinosaur model, later, after finishing the Low Poly I put it in Zbrush and I used the retopo as Zremeshed to start giving  detail. I used the Retopo because if I modified the shape I can go to the SuvDiv1 and keep the retort and its loops but with a more accurate way to High Poly.

And increased the detail to the dinosaur and later I inserted micro detail, finally opened the UVs and I made the bakes in 4K.

Later I painted the dinosaur with Substance Painter.

The walk animation of the character was create in 3DsMax with the CAT options and editing the motion curves inside CATMotion Editor.

Thanks for watching and hope you like it.
