V Tuber project help - unity3d and maya

So we do various animation things, a really simple way to categorize it, is vtuber animations. Were re looking for people intrested in helping with various projects, from pipeline creations to brain storming new ideas and ways to do things to problem solving. If you know certain technologies like unity3d, maya or blender then we'd love to talk to you about the projects. We offer paid tools if needed,  and if you're modeling or animating for us we typically try to pay you as well. People who simply have a lot of general knowledge though are most certainly welcomed, it's always good to bounce ideas off of others who might know something we dont.
