Looking for low-poly 3D character artist

I'm working on a really small side project, and am looking for a 3D artist to model, texture and rig a character for it.
I have a general idea I'm going for with the character, as well as a very rough model myself.
The project has a few specific requirements to take into consideration:
  • Character models can not be over 7k triangles, this is due to the game's limitations
  • The character will need to fit specific proportions, this is also due to how the game works, since i'll be reusing vanilla animations.
  • Only diffuse and specular maps are supported by the game's engine
  • For the character not to look out of place, a specific style would need to be followed to at least some degree, check out super smash bros brawl's style to see if you think you could get it to work.
As I said I have a general idea about the character, since I already have an Idea for his moveset, but I'm open to dialogue and hear your ideas.
