Making specular, AO, bump, e.t.c. based on existing diffuse. How?

I've made photogrammetry of a head, and via some sculpting i made model of a head. Then i did retopology, and apply diffuse texture to a lowpoly model. In general i'm satisfied by result. (Later i'll correct some mistakes in Photoshop, and in Blender texture painting mode)
Here is my preview of texture (real size 8k).

I'm planning to use it in game engine, so i want to add some maps (specular, AO, bump, e.t.c.). All tutorials i have seen based on painting face textures from scratch. I don't need it, because i already have "basic texture".

The questions are:
1. Is it possible, to make additional textures (specular, AO, bump, e.t.c.), based on my duffuse texture, for using them in game engine with marmoset? If yes, point me please to tutorial according by point.

2. What additional maps i must make, for making this head realistic?

If there is a another software, to make this task (Substance painter???), point me please to this software.
