Been working on this for a while already, but making a WIP thread anyway.
Some early progress:
Started out with a quick sketch.
Final sculpt. Part of the jacket was done in Marvelous Designer.
This is where I'm currently at.
I've been given this tutorial over on twitter which I'm going to try out on the fur parts.
I'm going to replace the current hair with hair cards as well and just some general polishing.
