Just imported and baked a mesh from zB 2019 in substance 2019.2.0. Polypaint was applied in zB and colorize was active on Fbx 2016 export. No base color map was available in the bake list in substance. How do you get it in there? Substance isnt baking my base color.

Thanks for the help.

I don't think baking base colour in Substance painter is an option... (at least not with the native bake options).

I wonder though... Haven't tried it myself. But couldn't you bake it as an ID texture instead and repurpose that as your colour map? I thought there was an option to use vertex colour as your colour ID (do not have substance painter on this PC. Can't check myself), so theoretically you could "hack" your base colour in it that way.

Thanks Dihemi! I got it. Renamed the polypaint file and now both the paint and polygroup image are in the project.

    Cheers
