Body anatomy so far, I feel like it should be a little bit more stylized, I would make some test to see how it match with the character. Time to start with the hands and feets too.
Maybe try widening the obliques and shortening the legs a little he is a very blocky character I think it would suit his aesthetic, overall it looks great.
I think I am done with the body sculpt, I rescale the legs and sculpt the feet, I didn´t do any dynamesh to the body to merge all the parts together yet. Time to continue with the head details. (Maybe the feets should be higher, i will take a look to that)
I made a very small shape correction in the head to fit more with the concept, I also start detailing the head and the body. I started creating the cape and the necklace, but I only sculpted the basic shape for now.
I started sculping the clothes and created some fur reference meshes to get the general lookalike for the character I want to achieve. My intention is to create the fur and hair with xgen once the character is posed, but I dont know whats better to create the dreadlocks, create then with xgen and its guides or create some tubes with zbrush and the export it to Maya.
Hello, I hope im not too late. He looks good, but i think there are some anatomical isues. Legs seems pushed forward to much and upper part of the legs sit too high. Neck too thick in profile and it shoud curve differently. And i think character shoud be more squarish.
